How Sales Commander works
How Sales Commander practice works
Describe your offer, talk to an AI buyer by text or live voice, get a step-by-step debrief, and climb the eight rungs of Andrei Sizov’s sales Ladder.
The short answer
Describe what you sell and who buys it, then talk to an AI buyer by text or live voice. Each exercise trains one named step of Andrei Sizov’s sales Ladder, and after every conversation an AI grader scores it step by step. In most conversation exercises the buyer resists on three levels: warm, pushing back, almost gone. Passing a rung opens the next one.
Your first conversation is free, no card.
What this means
The practice tool holds Foundations and the eight rungs of the Ladder, 25 exercises of four kinds: 16 conversations with an AI buyer, workbooks you fill with your own material, drills that build one ability with no buyer, and a guided self-check. Sales Commander turns Andrei Sizov’s sales method into a practice app. The author is still reviewing the app’s version of it.
How to practice it
- Describe what you sell and the buyer, for example term life insurance for parents with a new mortgage, with no real names or data.
- New accounts start free with The Flea. Packs add tokens; each rung of the Ladder opens once you pass the one before it, and Foundations is open any time, in any order.
- Talk to the buyer by typing or by live voice. Most conversation exercises raise the buyer’s resistance over three levels: warm, pushing back, almost gone. Earn the Ear first adds its steps on a warm buyer, First Contact runs two branches of three levels, and Using the “I’ll think about it” Objection keeps the buyer warm throughout.
- Finish the conversation and read the debrief: every step of the skill scored, and whether you passed.
- Pass a rung to open the next one: one exercise of the rung passed in full is enough.
Example
Example — how a session starts (not a real customer)
- Seller
- Setup: I sell term life insurance to parents who just took out a mortgage.
- AI buyer
- We already have some coverage through my job. Why would we need more?
From there, you answer as the seller. The debrief then scores the transcript against that exercise’s steps; it does not predict a real sale. See the example on the AI sales role-play page.
How Sales Commander helps
Sales Commander turns Andrei Sizov’s sales method into a practice app. The author is still reviewing the app’s version of it. It has 25 exercises: a Foundations track plus the eight rungs of the Sizov Sales Ladder. 16 of them are conversations with an AI buyer by text or live voice, and the rest are workbooks, drills and a guided self-check. In most conversations the buyer resists on three levels: warm, pushing back, almost gone. Each conversation ends with a step-by-step debrief. One-time packs: $19, $39 or $99. No subscription.
When it helps
- You want a fixed order of practice instead of making up role-plays yourself.
- You want the buyer to get harder one level at a time.
- You want progress and token balance in one account.
What it can’t do
- The simulation gives you repeatable practice and structured feedback. It cannot predict how a specific real customer will respond.
- AI responses and feedback can be incomplete or wrong.
- Do not use the product for decisions that require legal, financial or professional advice.
- Do not enter real-customer personal or confidential information.
FAQ
Do I need an account?
You can talk to an AI buyer without one. An account keeps your progress, token balance and place on the Ladder. Progress shows on the route chart: the rungs behind you, the one you are on and what opens next. Ranks run from Deckhand, for your first pass on any exercise, to Commander, for passing the final test. Days at sea count the days in a row you trained. One missed day, a port call, does not break the run if you had no other port call in the seven days before it. Ranks and port calls can’t be bought.
Which languages are available?
English and Russian.
Can I use both voice and text?
Yes. Every conversation exercise runs by text or live voice. A text session costs 10 tokens; voice costs 6 tokens a minute, and a partial minute counts as a full one.
How much does it cost?
A new account gets 40 tokens free: about 4 text sessions or 6 minutes of voice. After that, one-off packs cost $19 / $39 / $99; there is no subscription.
Should I enter real customer data?
No. Use a fictional or generalized buyer and remove names, contacts, confidential terms and other identifying details.
